
Meet Disha Gupta,
I’ve been teaching yoga since 2017 with a mission to show that yoga is not about complicated postures, but about creating lightness and balance in everyday life. My classes weave together Hatha, Iyengar, and Restorative practices, tailored for working women who often juggle too much.
Alongside movement, I integrate breathwork, meditation, and simple lifestyle tools rooted in yoga and Ayurveda, making the practice accessible and deeply meaningful. Over the years, my students describe my sessions as grounding, soft yet strong, and recharging.
My vision is to help women feel at home in their bodies, calm in their minds, and empowered in their choices, both on and off the mat.
